A visit from corn-land!

My cousin Matt and his girlfriend Lindsey are visiting from Nebraska for Thanksgiving! Matt has been out to the east coast plenty of times visiting, but it was Lindsey's first visit to Boston. We went to the Public Gardens, the original Cheers bar and Paul Revere's house! I know, kind of a random choice of things to do, but we didn't start with a plan, and the weather made it limiting.

I had tons of fun playing around with my old camera and using slide film - I'm going to make polaroid transfers with them :) :) But I also took some with my regular camera too.

I've been to the Public Gardens millions of times, and I've always seen people feeding the squirrels. What I didn't know is that when there's not tons of people there, as there weren't today, they come right up to you and beg for food!

Jeremy decided to try to sneak up on this little guy. The little guy then called for backup and there were about 4 squirrels there all of the sudden! FYI, we didn't feed them. ;)

Congrats!

So I just found out that some friends are engaged, and also that they'd like to see Frankie pics :) So Rich and Jenny, this post is for you! Congratulations!!!

Also, I never posted pics of Frankie on his b-day. One week from today, we'll have had him for a whole year!!

Here's the little booger on his actual 1st birthday!

Public Garden Love Shoot!

The gardens were still gorgeous...there were still tons of leaves on the trees! Julia, Devin and I walked throughout the gardens, saw an...interesting...puppet show happening and explored neighboring streets too. It was so great getting to know them both!!

No more Starbucks...

Ok, so that might sound like a bad dream to some people, but to me, it's great! Introducing my newly deigned studio/office!!! I'm happy to not go to a busy, crowded Starbucks/Panera Bread to meet clients anymore :) Check it out below!

The Trash Shoot

This shoot is not actually a trash shoot...but we shot next to a dumpster, which is where we got the name :) "Urban beauty" as Katy likes to call it! Anyway, I LOVE THIS COUPLE!!! Super fun, absolutely adorable and up for anything - Katy and Jason are a blaaaast. I seriously can't wait for their wedding!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check out how cute they are!!!

I think we might have gotten the last of the pretty fall-ness at the Public Gardens...
