Lucy's Baptism!

I am so lucky to have been given the chance to photograph a beautiful baptism of a beautiful family, inside and out.   It was a wonderful personal ceremony, and the party afterwards was just fantastic!  Amazing food, decorations and a good group of people!

Here she is, in her beautiful dress made by her grandmother.

Totally Fun Shoot!

Carlos & Marie-Laure and I went to Lincoln Woods and then spent some time in Providence! They are such good sports - getting a total shock while attempting to walk into a freezing cold lake, Carlos brought his guitar, and we got some fun night shots in as well!

After freezing their feet off, we came to this coffee shop to warm up and play games!

They are so competitive, they got all the blocks moved without it falling, that they eventually just had to knock it over - there weren't any moves left!

Ok, he is coming home in one week and one day - SO CLOSE! Here's a few of him playing last night when we visited the litter. They're getting SO HUGE!!

Yep that's right, Jiji is the two year old, and she runs the show!  I just LOVE this family, not just because they were AWESOME to photograph, but because they are family friends, and I just think it's an honor to photograph that closeness :)  

Jillian is hilarious, and we weren't sure what to expect with the shoot - would she be shy? not interested? Nope!  She totally hammed it up and showed what a blast she's having in every day life.  Most of the photographs from the shoot document what Jillian and her family do in daily life, and what I loved about that so much is that it seems like such an awesome and fun life!!! Oh to be 2 again...

Cammellia & Saman: Engaged!

I am so lucky to have crossed paths with these two!  Cam and Sam are two laid back, fun-loving people.  Their relationship is so sweet, you can see how much love they have for each other, and how much they enjoy each other's company from a mile away!  We had a fabulous day, walking around Boston, getting to know each other, and just having a really fun time :)  

Saman proposed to Cammellia here - so sweet!


I love how relaxed they are, and how easily they have fun!


This is one of my favorite shots - I just love how her happiness is there for everyone to see.

I think this blue wall, flowering greens on the ledge above, and the gold railing make this look like they're in another country.  (not sure which...)


We had to take a picture next to this dude - and it was Saman's idea to use the coat!! Priceless :)


It was a little chilly, so we stepped inside for some hot chocolate and lattes.
